I went here a couple of months ago as I was looking for a new dental practice and noticed they had an offer. It was a check up and scale and polish. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. When he was scaling my teeth it was causing me pain, and I recall in my car having blood in my mouth. This shouldn’t happen unless you have very bad calculus build up. He also did not polish them. I had x rays and he did a full check of my mouth. I am aware one side of my jaw is deviated and have TMJ, told by previous dentists. I explained that to him during my appointment and he said he didn’t notice any issues there, he didn’t seem overly bothered but I know I have this issue. Luckily I have very good oral health and didn’t need any fillings, I wouldn’t return here in a million years. I left feeling upset and concerned at how hard he had pressed on my teeth during the scale. I honestly couldn’t recommend Stockton Heath Dental enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease.

Jill on reception was absolutely lovely — so warm, welcoming and helpful. She immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I was in the best hands. She even took the time to show me some of the amazing results from previous patients, which really helped me feel confident about going ahead.

I was in the care of Uzair and Mel for my composite bonding, and the whole experience from consultation through to the finished result was wonderful. They were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, and I always felt listened to. Nothing ever felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure I was completely happy with every stage of the process.

The attention to detail was fantastic. They really understood the result I was hoping for and managed to create a smile that looks natural, balanced and completely suited to me. I’m absolutely over the moon with the finished result!

It’s not just the treatment itself, but the whole experience that made such a difference.I walked in feeling nervous and walked out feeling like I had a brand-new smile and a huge boost in confidence. I couldn’t be happier with my results and would highly recommend Stockton Heath Dental, Jill, Uzair, Mel and the whole team to anyone considering composite bonding.

Fantastic dentists and such a lovely practice. Jill on reception is what really makes the place though. She puts you instantly at ease with her warm, friendly nature and somehow manages to remember everyone’s life stories! She always makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. My husband and I have been at this practice for over 25 years, I was a little apprehensive when the business changed hands.  However, I have to say they are really very good and I’m delighted to have stayed with them.  I’ve known Jill the receptionist for many years and she’s always efficient, friendly and professional (and funny!) Joanne the hygienist is great with her advice and really thorough.  Last but not least, Dr. Uzair my dentist; charming, professional, makes you feel very relaxed and doesn’t advise on unnecessary work.
